Because many of our products are handmade to order, dispatch times may vary slightly, but we always aim to get your purchase to you as efficiently as possible.

Handmade & Custom Orders: Dispatched within 5-7 working days, depending on design complexity and current order volume.

Ready-Made Items: Dispatched within 3-5 working days.

We mainly use Vinted to sell, ship and handle payments. Please send an item request and it will be uploaded to Vinted for you to buy.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work swiftly to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Faulty Item

Any faulty items will be replaced at no extra cost. Please let us know as soon as possible if an item is faulty. This policy is in place for two weeks after purchase.
